Why the name “days-like-this”? During some really bad days I’ll say, “There’ll be days like this”. It reminds me that it’s a bad day, not a bad life.

During the good days I’ll say, “There’ll be days like this”. And even if it’s fleeting, I hold onto feelings of joy and warmth.

This blog is meant to share my insights as someone who struggles with mental illness. It isn’t to say this is all of who I am, but that I am more than my experiences regardless of the barriers.
